The mission of the Family Support Network is to unify individuals with disabilities and their families to advocate for funding, services and community resources that strengthen and support the individual and the family directly by responding to their individual needs and empowering them to live in their own homes. The Family Support Network further seeks to ensure the continuation of all individual supports throughout the life span of the individual.

Chicago Children's Center for Behavioral Health is a compassionate and dedicated team of behavioral health professionals including physicians, nurses, counselors, therapists, teachers, and support staff. It is our mission to heal children and adolescents with behavioral health needs with an understanding that each child has a unique condition and set of circumstances. With a child, family, and community focus, we develop individualized solutions to meet their needs. We work closely with families and the child�¢??s community to guide and nurture enduring healing and compassionate care.

KEEN is a national, nonprofit volunteer-led organization that provides one-to-one recreational opportunities for children and young adults with developmental and physical disabilities at no cost to their families and caregivers. KEEN's mission is to foster the self-esteem, confidence, skills and talents of its athletes through non-competitive activities, allowing young people facing even the most significant challenges to meet their individual goals.

The mission of Gigi's Playhouse is to increase positive awareness of Down syndrome through national campaigns, educational programs, and by empowering individuals with Down syndrome, their families and the community.

Therapy Yoga Gymnastics Rocks delivers pediatric occupational and physical therapy in a sensory rich environment, that promotes growth, independence and balance of the mind and body. Certified therapists create individualized sessions that utilize gymnastics equipment and yoga activities to improve physical, social, cognitive and life skills.
